Most recently I've been embedded at the founding-team level at an early-stage startup, leading brand, product, and go-to-market simultaneously.
I approach design through the lens of how the business creates value. That means connecting design decisions to revenue and retention — not just optimizing user experience in isolation. I'm a systems thinker who's equally comfortable in the weeds of a prototype and in a room presenting strategy to a CTO.
I've led and mentored teams of designers at scale, integrated UX practice into Agile development cycles, and presented research and strategy directly to C-suite stakeholders. My work spans native mobile, authentication, payments, checkout, and complex enterprise B2B platforms — with a consistent focus on translating ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes.
Outside of product work, I'm a working illustrator with commercial clients including Burton Snowboards, 20th Century Fox, and Scholastic Books — and 20+ years of solo and group shows across the U.S. and Europe.
